Not only am I a coach, but I also had a coach for my entire career, and this enhanced my life in ways that I didn't realize were possible - personally as well as athletically. The weekly emails were like a journal of my progress, and having someone to bounce thoughts back and forth with was invaluable. I am a different person today because of the coaching I've received.
